Southern Timber Floors quote from the plans which can than form part of your client contract. The order sits on our files waiting for the go ahead to begin after plaster has been installed prior to skirts, architraves and kitchens. The exception to this are a few builders who get us to deal directly with their clients and install the timber floor after handover.
Once the house is complete and prior to carpet installation we sand and polish 3 times in the client’s choice of polish.
