Southern Timber Floors predominantly offers services to owner builders in the Melbourne Bayside suburbs, Mornington Peninsula, Phillip Island and Gippsland areas, although we can service some other areas of Regional Victoria upon request.
We recommend that the first step to take in deciding whether to have a timber floor is to visit our showroom with your house plans. This way you can see the various timber floor options, the different species and the different finishes.
Our showroom has been set up so you can get a really good idea of what a timber floor will look like in your new home. We will then give you a fully detailed quote from your house plans.
